Blender 101 Introductory Class

By completing this 1-hour Live Academy 101 Class*, you will be able to easily explore architectural concepts by adding and editing basic geometry, creating a non-destructive workflow with modifiers based on base geometry, and to present your work with Blender’s rendering capabilities.

Blender, as a general 3d modeling and animation suite offers an array of features that benefit architectural and computational design. In this beginner’s class, we will focus on understanding the basics of the user interface and modifiers to be able to generate and present conceptual pavilion shells and a large space frame. This class is useful for complete beginners and it is also suitable for students with prior Blender experience interested in non-destructive modeling techniques.
